Be there!
Show you’re responsible by showing up for work on time. Volunteer for extra shifts if you can.
Do your job well.Too obvious? Perhaps, but doing work well is the #1 way to keep your job.

Keep your boss informed about your work. You might be doing great work, but if your boss doesn’t know it, it doesn’t do you any good. Check in every once in a while to make sure you’re getting credit for all the great stuff you do.

Volunteer for new projects. Show your boss that you love working for the company and are always ready to help.

Focus on maintaining current skills and certifications. Show that you want to be the best by always learning more about the job
